Harold Goad, Investigator- Employed by the Tulsa Police Department for 19 years, 7 1/2 years Sand Springs Police Department, 2 years Tulsa County Sheriff.  Presently assigned to Mingo Valley Division Traffic Enforcement Unit for collision investigation and Fatality Call-Out Investigator. He has investigated some 25 fatality collisions during his career.
